Great Western Railway 'County' Class No.1022 'County of Northampton' pilots a castle 4-6-0 with a through express from Birkenhead to the South Coast. On the nearby Oxford canal, a pair of Samuel Barlow Coal Company narrow boats make their way slowly northwards towards the Warwickshire coalfields. Ideal to mount and frame.
