Do you have a minimum order value?
No, you can buy just one birthday card if you like.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, we have many overseas customers. Shipping to Europe starts from only £2.50, £3.00 Worldwide. Please note: We do have size/weight restrictions for international shipments, we will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Is paying by Credit Card on-line secure?
Yes it is, your credit card details are encrypted and cannot be read over the internet. Furthermore, we never see, store or have access to your credit card information.

Do you accept cheques or postal orders?
Yes we do accept £ sterling cheques and postal orders. Your order may not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared at our bank. Please refer to our Payment section (Info & Help) for further details.

How do I know that my order has been received?
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation just after you have placed your order. We’ll contact you again personally via e-mail to confirm that your order has been despatched.

How soon will I receive my order?
This will depend on your chosen delivery method. Orders received by 12pm are normally dispatched that day - please refer to our Delivery Info & Cost section (Info & Help) for further information.

I’ve tried to order 6 birthday cards of the same deign but a message on screen advises me that you only have 4 in stock, what do I do?
If you would like to e-mail us at enquiries@cardsandgifts-direct.co.uk we may be able to get them for you quickly for you, more stock may already be on its way.

It is my friend’s birthday tomorrow and I’ve forgotten to send her a card. Are you able to send a birthday card for me?
Yes we can hand-write a birthday card on your behalf and send it directly to your friend - we’ll do this FREE of charge! Please e-mail us at enquiries@cardsandgifts-direct.co.uk with your greeting. Please remember to quote your order number.

If I’m not completely satisfied with my order, what can I do?
In the unlikely event that your order does not meet with your expectations we offer a “no quibble” refund – please refer to Cancelling or Returning Your Order (Info & Help).

Can I have a catalogue?
We are constantly adding new greeting card designs from many different publishers to our on-line store every week, this is the best way to see the latest designs.

I'm concerned about the quality of the greetings cards I'll receive, whose cards do you stock?
We deal with many of the same Publishers as those found in most high street shops. Many of our customers have a favourite brand, we have started to list the best known in a Greeting Cards Publishers section (found at the bottom of the categories section within the search by brand/character section).

Some on-line greeting card shops offer free delivery, why don’t you?
Unlike some of our competitors, we do not inflate the price of every birthday card to cover the cost of postage & packaging. The maximum delivery cost if you choose Standard delivery is only £2.00 however many birthday cards you order. The maximum delivery cost of Partyware and gifts is only £3.95 if you choose Standard delivery regardless of order quantity.
 
Why do people buy birthday cards on-line?
Convenience is probably the main reason. The cost of delivery is nothing compared to driving to the shops and paying for parking. Another advantage is that no-one else has handled your card before you.
