All items must be paid for in full before your order will be despatched. You can pay securely online by Credit/Debit card or if you prefer you can call us on 01538 360173 between 9.30am and 5.30pm with your Credit/Debit card details. You may also pay by Cheque or Postal Order. You will need to make your cheque/postal order payable to "Cards and Gifts Direct" and send it to the address below along with a copy of the order confirmation. Please put your name and full address on the reverse of the cheque/postal order. Only £ sterling cheques are accepted. Cards and Gifts Direct Please note: Any orders paid for by Cheque may not be despatched until your payment has cleared at our bank. This normally takes 3-5 working days from the date of receipt. Once your order has been received you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail.

All orders received by 3pm Monday - Friday are usually despatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Thursday are normally despatched the next day. Orders received after 3pm Friday and on weekends will normally be despatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You can select your preferred method of delivery at checkout stage; the list below is a guide to help you decide which option is best for you.
UK 1st Class: 1-2 working days. Please note: Occasionally deliveries can take longer than the times listed above. We recommend you choose our special delivery service if you need your order quickly. We cannot guarantee the speed of delivery by Royal Mail or any alternative carriers.

Although we take every care to ensure that your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by Royal Mail or any alternative couriers. If your order should arrive damaged or not arrive at all the following conditions apply:
If your order has arrived damaged:
Replacement products will be despatched immediately - if any items are out of stock we will offer you an alternative product or full refund.
If you order has not arrived
UK 1st Class: 1-2 working days. Please note: Occasionally deliveries can take longer than the times listed above and Royal Mail do not regard an item as lost until 15 working days after it has been posted (UK) 25 days elsewhere. If it is longer than 15/25 working days since you received your order confrimation please e-mail us at enquiries@cardsandgifts-direct.co.uk or contact us on 01538 360173 immediately explaining that your order has not arrived. Royal Mail may require you to complete a lost declaration form. Your order will be redespatched immediately after we receive confirmation of it's loss from Royal Mail. If any items are out of stock we will offer you an alternative product or full refund.

Cards and Gifts Direct are confident that you'll be completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel the following conditions apply:
Cancelling before you have received your order
If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund. However, if your order has been despacted you will be liable for both initial and return postage & packaging costs. When your order arrives you must return the goods in their original condition with the original invoice to the address below. You must obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods. A full refund minus initial postage & packaging costs will be issued as soon as the goods are received back at Cards And Gifts Direct or within 30 days.
Cancelling after you have received your order
Unless you are cancelling due to an error/fault with the order/goods you will be liable for both initial and return postage & packaging costs. The goods must be returned in their original condition along with the original invoice to the address below. You must obtain a free Certificate of Postaging from the Post Office when returning your goods. A full refund minus initial postage & packagaing (where appropriate) will be issued as soon as the goods are received back at Cards and Gifts Direct or within 30 days.
