This year, Cards & Gifts Direct are able to offer you a choice of over 100 Christmas Cards that can be personalised with your own message.  We can also add your logo and signature for that extra personal touch.

Cost
The cost of the cards depends on your personal requirements; the minimum order for personalised cards is 50 cards.  The basic cost for 50 cards (150mm x 150mm) printed in black ink, with no optional extras such as adding your logo is £75.00 plus delivery.  View the Corporate Christmas Cards to obtain the actual price of your chosen product.

Personalisation
Your personalised details will be printed directly onto the card in black ink, if you require any other colour then please contact us for a quotation.

You can choose to use our message or you can specify your own personal message.  We also print your name and address at the centre foot of the cards in a smaller font size.

Company Logos
Company logos can be incorporated as part of the personalisation.  You can select either a black logo or a full colour logo during the purchase process.  There is an additional charge for printing your logo which is £15 per order in black ink or £30 per order in full colour.

Please supply logos for inclusion on your Christmas cards in a high resolution format such as .tif, .eps or .jpg.

Signatures
We can print signatures for you, which will save you time.  This is a popular option for businesses that have chosen to have their cards sent direct to their customers.  There is an additional charge of £15 per order for this service.  All signatures will be printed in black ink.

Please supply signatures for inclusion on your Christmas cards in a high resolution format such as .tif, .eps or .jpg.  Alternatively we can accept a signature in black ink on clean unfolded white paper.

Paying for your Order

If you order by e-mail/post or telephone you will need to make your payment by cheque or by Credit/Debit Card over the telephone.  Once your order is received we will send you an invoice with full payment details.

If you order online you can either pay by cheque, as above, or you can pay by credit or debit card using our secure online payment system.  If you chose to pay by Credit or Debit Card online we will still send you an invoice in the post.

Please note: All orders must be paid for in full before they will be printed. 

Special requests
If you have a special requirement we are happy to provide bespoke quotations.  Please contact us with your requirements and we will gladly provide a quotation for you.

Proofs
Once your order has been received we will e-mail you a proof.  We require your approval before we print your cards to ensure accuracy and to give you the opportunity to review your message one last time.  It is important that you carefully check the proof for mistakes and punctuation as once approved we cannot change your requirements or cancel your order.

Delivery
If you require the personalised Christmas cards delivering direct to you there is a delivery charge of £8.50 within the UK.  Outside the UK, the charge depends upon the country of destination and the quantity of cards you have ordered.  Please contact us for a quotation.

Alternatively we are more than happy to post your cards direct to your customers, if you wish to take advantage of this service then please contact us for a quotation which will be dependant upon the order quantity and destination.

Order Lead Times
Orders will normally be despatched to you within 15 working days of your proof approval.  However, during busy periods this can take up to 21 working days.

Product Availability
Although we do our best to ensure all products remain available during the busy Christmas period there may be times when a card of your choice is out of stock.  In these circumstances we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.  Our advice is to order early to avoid the rush!
